What we do as a long term disability law firm
Share Lawyers believes that every client who is dealing with a disability claim deserves superior personal service. To achieve that goal, we have developed our team of experienced, compassionate, and caring long term disability lawyers, law clerks, and administrative staff to meet all of your needs. Our team of experienced long term disability, life insurance, employment, and critical illness insurance lawyers have made successful claims against many insurance companies, third-party administrators and employers.
If you are unable to work, your disability benefits should be there to provide you with the financial support you need. While your insurance company may be focused on finding ways to avoid paying your claim, our focus is on what is in your best interest. When Share Lawyers gets involved, you have an entire team of lawyers that are there to support you and to fight for what is yours. Our disability claim lawyers fight for your disability insurance claim by relying on our many years of experience to apply the best strategic planning and approach in each case, using the latest technology available. Experience matters, and with Share Lawyers, you are in the best hands with 35 years of success on your side.
How we got into disability law
In 1987, David and Wendy Share opened Share Lawyers offering general legal services to people in need in shopping malls across the Greater Toronto Area. As time went on, Share Lawyers focused on personal injury and disability claims. They decided to more narrowly focus on disability claims because they believed clients could benefit from a firm that was laser-focused on disability claims and all of the various twists and turns involved in such claims. Share Lawyers was gaining a reputation as the go-to firm for disability claims and by further focusing in this area, they established Share Lawyers as an industry leader, which continues to this day with expanded services across Canada.
Specializing in legal help for those who have been denied disability claims means that our long-term disability lawyers, who have a wealth of experience, know the ins and outs of disability insurance law. There is no doubt that they have helped clients in your situation in the past, and they can help you too.
There’s a reason that Share Lawyers has been in business for over 35 years, and that is because they have successfully represented people like you in their battle to be treated fairly by the insurance companies. If you are unable to work and you’ve been denied your long term disability benefits by your insurance company, Share Is There.
