Fees for land sourcing and farm management
Fees for land sourcing are a % of the investment amount based on a mutually agreed mandate. Simple single fee without exclusivity 3% of the investment amount plus VAT, exclusivity fee 2% of the investment amount plus VAT. The arrangement of farm management or finding a tenant after the initial investment is included in the single purchase fee.
Fees for farm management are expressed in a service agreement. The operational expenses depend mainly on location of the farm, scale of the investment and the type of agricultural activity. The capital expenditure to upgrade assets for example irrigation, fences, dams etc depends on the specific situation and need to be discussed.
