The 2022 Heskia-Hacmun art project with the artist Daphna Levi In – Out Shana Tova 2022 In recent years we had to adjust to different life realities. Epidemic, restrictions, and quarantines forced us to deal with an altered state of consciousness and mobility. The new conditions allowed us to observe our lives from a new and variant perspective: from the slightest detail to the “big picture”. Under the title “In-Out”, The artist Daphna Levi is focusing in her work on the different points of view. In her paintings, she often hints at a larger picture: larger both physically – namely, hinting that there is a continuation to this section, and metaphorically – hinting that the picture was previously different and will keep changing. Her painting “Growing strength” was selected for our Art project 2022 Daphna Levi, Growing strength, 2021, Acrylic on paper 25X35 Daphna Levi (1972), an artist who is engaging primarily in painting. Lives and works in Tel-Aviv. Works mainly with textures, hues, and forms. Her works have been exhibited in numerous exhibitions, and they have been included in collections in Israel and around the world.
